It is with great sorrow that we express our heartfelt condolences on the passing of our longtime employee, colleague, and dear friend, Ms. Marie Hunt.  Ms. Marie faithfully served Telfair County Schools for more than four decades. Throughout her years of dedicated service, she took great pride in her work and carried out her responsibilities with exceptional skill, professionalism, and care.

Beyond her professional contributions, Ms. Marie was known for her servant’s heart. She genuinely loved helping others and was always willing to lend a helping hand to students, families, colleagues, and members of our community. She will be deeply missed by her Telfair County Schools family and by all who had the privilege of knowing and loving her.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Ms. Marie’s family and friends during this difficult time. May God surround them with His peace, strengthen them in the days ahead, and comfort their hearts.
